Hi the Galleon Gals !! Great to hear your news, what have i been doing for the last ten years !!! When i left
school i studied PRO Travel and Tourism at Varsity College Durban and worked as a conference co - ordinator for two
years. I then ran Audacia Manor Guest House and Conference centre with the Cox family where i became interested in cooking.
I quit my job and studied cooking at Christina Martin school of food and wine. I moved onto Buitenvewachting Restaurant
in constantia and was the pastry chef there with Danielle Oldfield ( small world ). I moved to London a year later
and became the Pastry Chef at Bibendum in South Kensington ( Terence Conran restaurant )I became a sous chef after three
and a half years hard graft. When the long hours of cheffing and the hard task of being the only girl in the kitchen
for three years took its toll i quit and changed jobs to teaching people how to cook. I have worked at Leiths School
of Food and Wine for a year now and work 9 - 5pm!!! I still cook and compile recipes its fab !!! All the Best to
all of you for a great 2005
