Wow I can’t believe
it has been 10 years already. Well here is what I have been up to since then.
After school I went to UCT
where I did a B.Sc and then Honours in Microbiology. In 2000, after 4 years of studying I entered the working world back in
Durban
at the Medical Research Council doing malaria research. A year later the travel bug hit so in 2002 I came over to London where
I’m still living and working and in fact I am about to start a new job doing vaccine development.
I met my boyfriend James
over here in London-he’s also from Durban- and we have been doing lots of travelling, mostly in Europe. For the last few months we have been learning Spanish
so that we can go travelling around South America
before we go back to SA at the end of next year.
